As a chiropractor, I specialize in the treatment of neuro-musculo-skeletal conditions, such as neck and back pain, certain types of headaches, radicular symptoms to the extremities and sports injuries.  My mission in practice is to provide state-of-the-art chiropractic care and rehabilitation along with sound and scientifically based patient education. I seek to help my patients help themselves. In my experience successful outcomes are achieved when the patient is actively involved in the treatment plan and develops an understanding of his or her health situation.

To achieve this goal I use a variety of treatment techniques adapted to the individual patient and condition. This care includes home stretching and strengthening exercises to optimize recovery. Reassurance and appropriate advice for the patient is equally important. The key goals of care are mutually established with the patient – pain relief, enhancement of activity tolerance, and the resumption of physical activity.

Once these goals are achieved I work to maintain the optimal health for my patients. All care and patient information is research-based according to chiropractic scope of practice standards.
